FULL DEPTH REMOVAL

What is Full Depth Removal?

Full depth milling, also known as full depth removal, is used to completely remove the entire thickness of the existing pavement surface. We use specialized milling equipment with cutting teeth to grind away the asphalt or concrete pavement to the desired depth, typically down to the base layer or sub-grade. Full depth milling is often used in cases of severe pavement deterioration, structural rehabilitation, or to increase the thickness of the pavement layer.

Benefits of Full Depth Removal

  • Structural Integrity
  • Improved Surface Conditions
  • Enhanced Durability

Parking Lot &

Roadway Cost Saving

Full depth milling can be a cost-effective alternative to traditional road reconstruction methods. By recycling the existing materials, it reduces the need for purchasing and transporting new materials, resulting in significant cost savings.

Increased Roadway &

Parking Lot Lifespan

The reconstructed road and parking lot, with its improved structural integrity and quality, can have an extended service life. This reduces the need for frequent repairs or replacements.
